Pros: very easy to install my wife and i installed it in a little over 1 hour Cons: the only thing was had to buy a longer drain hose Deck Inserts Tools Required: Drill, Jig Saw. Tape Measure, KnifeInsert Instructions: good instructions and easy to follow Insert Customer Service: none needed

Pros: easy to install, actual size cut out print worked great! Cons: I was alittle worried at first but it has turned out just like they say.
