Pros: Simple design that still produces fish, year after year. Cons: I persoanlly replace the hooks with a larger front hook and a feathered treble on the rear. I think it increases my strikes and my hook-up ratio. I wish the baits came ina few other standard colors, but I get by with a few of the oldies but goodies.
