Pros: It is easy to install, taking less than 30 minutes and it comes in a variety of colors to match your boat colors.
Cons: None that I have found.

Pros: The parasite weight keeps your plastics from bunching up on the hook or sliding down when you have a fish on or when you get hung up in grass or other vegetation which saves on plastics.
Cons: It it hard to get used to adding in that extra step of sliding the loop of the weight over the hook before your insert the hook into your worm. The variety of sizes in tungsten are limited.
