Great value on a reel that is less than 50$, I absolutely love them so far. From the lightweight to the size, Braking is easy to adjust, and this thing will cast a freaking mile. These reels feature alot of the same qualities that the more expensive REVO series of reels boast but for half the price. My only negative thing to say is that this line of reels is available in only 1 gear ratio. If more gear ratios were available I would strongly consider having a few more of these reels in my arsenal.

Pros: Great value, Your getting many of the same features as you would the REVO series for more than half the price. Reel is lightweight, and fits nicely in the hand. Plenty of drag power, and the braking is very easy to adjust.
Cons: As I have only has these for a few months I am not to sure on the durability of these reels just yet, I have not had any issues to date however. Only 1 gear ratio is available

This is a high end reel that is very affordable. I found the light weight and low profile of the reel easy to control while pitching and flipping jigs. The smooth "Linear Magnetic Brake" made it easy to fine tune the spool speed for different weight lures. I have tried reels that cost twice as much but none are of better quality than the Revo STX. I highly recommend this reel to any angler looking for a great, high quality reel at a good price.
