This Boat is AWESOME, Fantastic platform. It gives me the advantage over many boats on the Lake due to it's superior design and handling. It's very fast 70+mph with a med. tournament load.
Handles big waves and chop in the right hands with no problems.
The fisherman friendly features are outstanding, it's the little things that make the difference.
This is my third Skeeter Boat and would buy a fourth if, I feel I need another one.

If you're on a budget and want the best bang for your buck the SX series boats are hard to beat. My SX 190 has excellent hole shot, top speed that will rival any other manufactured boat in its size/hp range and absolutely handles like a dream. Storage is excellent, two huge rod boxes that will fit your flipping sticks with ease. It also has one big storage compartment in the front deck that holds many plano boxes, I've got somewhere around 7 or 8 of the big Plano boxes in mine plus all my soft plastics and some other odds and ends. Its also got two nice sized dry storage compartments in the back deck, a nice sized glove box (dual console) and two not so dry storages under the seats (these do leak in the rain). The dual livewells work great with the auto/recirc/empty settings and manual/auto timer pumps. Mine also has the Minn Kota 24v 74lb Maxxum foot control TM on the bow, it is quiet and powerful, pushes this boat around great and seems to just sip on the batteries. If I had any complaints about the SX it would be that they come with cheezy electronics (Lowrance X47 in the console and bow), but thats nothing that you cant upgrade when you get the time and money, which I have already done. Yes the SX series doesnt have all the bells and whistles of the ZX's, but they are nice boats and can be very nicely equiped, which mine is with such extras as hot foot, pro trim, Hamby's, break away tongue, trailer brakes and aluminum wheels.

I have fished out of many different brands of boat and i will only own a skeeter. I love the storage, the long rod lockers, the way it rides in rough water, huge front casting deck. EAT SLEEP FISH

Fantastic boat!! I would and have strongly recommended buying a Skeeter to anyone looking to buy a boat. Storage is great, fuel mileage is much better than expected, and a very smooth ride. Coming out of the hole is awsome, as this boat literally jumps out of the water. After fishing a Skeeter, no other boat will compare. This boat will please anyone.

Having owned and fished several other manufacturer's boats and having been sponsored by one other I will say that the best way to understand a Skeeter is to take one for a run. Even the die hard's admit that the Skeeter ZX225 with the 225HPDI hole shots are fantastic quick and stable and in rough water it's hard to beat. You can take the high speed turns like you're on a rail without all the trim bumping and nose diving required on other boats. One fisherman newly sponsored by another manufactured after fishing with me a day and driving said "I like it, I like it a lot, more than my boat".

A great fishing platform with the best support behind it you can find. Take one for a spin and Go Eat, Sleep, Fish!
